We can proudly say that we’ve spent the past 3 years turning people’s passion and ambitions into realities. And we do this by:
Empowering Members
Our foremost mantra at Creaitz is that if nobody will take a chance on you, take a chance on yourself.
Sometimes, costs prevent people from betting on themselves and we sought to change that.
Digital skills should be accessible to everyone, not locked behind costly paywalls.
So in line with this, we’ve trained over 1000 and certified 140+ in different niches of digital skills.
Expanding Our Reach
Boy, our goals are big, big enough to keep us awake and unable to sleep at night 😂
So, yes, we’re not just location specific.
We’ve had our impact spread to other countries like Rwanda, South Africa, India, Indonesia, Ghana, and even many more.
And we are creating active communities in some of these countries in 2025.

Who are you, and what do you do at Creaitz?
I’m Onyeka Adedayo, founder and chief mechanic officer at Creaitz.
So how long have you been part of the Creaitz family? (And do you remember your first day like it was yesterday or is it all a blur?)
Since 2022, my first day was uncertain, I didn’t have a long-term vision of what I wanted to do. I was just intent on passing value to the first group of students Creaitz ever taught. I think the class then was on how to prepare a resume, and something around content creation
What’s the absolute best thing about working here? (Besides getting paid, of course!)
The best thing about being at Creaitz is making friends from everywhere. Creaitz has attracted people to me that I may never have met without being involved at Creaitz. And for that I’m highly grateful.
If you had to sum up your job in just three words, what would they be?
Always on the go. Four words😂. But that’s how it feels. Something is always happening at Creaitz.
If you could swap jobs with anyone at Creaitz for a day, who would it be—and what’s the first thing you’d do? (World domination is not an option… or is it?)
Hmmmmmn. I’d swap with Zhulley, the community manager. The first thing I’ll do is send a DM to every community member stating that I’m new here, I’m taking over Zhulley’s role and I want to bring them onboard for the ride🙃
What’s one hidden talent you have that no one here knows about?
Hidden talent🫣🤔? Well,I can cook. If that counts.

One meal? I’m not sure I’ll survive😂😂😂

Who are you, and what do you do at Creaitz?
I’m Zhulley, Community Manager at Creaitz.
How long have you been part of the Creaitz family? (And do you remember your first day like it was yesterday or is it all a blur?)
For the past 10 months. I joined Creaitz after giving key recommendations on how to position the community to attract active engagement from the members. I can’t really remember my first day anymore.
What’s the absolute best thing about working here? (Besides getting paid, of course!)
Learning new things every single time.
If you had to sum up your job in just three words, what would they be?
Growth, Education and Engagement.

My Name is Adebisi Bolarinwa, and I manage Creaitz social media accounts.
How long have you been part of the Creaitz family? (And do you remember your first day like it was yesterday or is it all a blur?)
I’ve been part of the Creaitz family for 3 months.
My first day at Creaitz was a bit challenging, cause it’s my first time of working with a big brand like this, but then I’m used to it.
What’s the absolute best thing about working here? (Besides getting paid, of course!)
Getting paid would be my number two 😁
But my number one is that I’m learning a lot, I’ve learnt so much.
If you had to sum up your job in just three words, what would they be?
I would describe the first word as creative, like I have to constantly think out of the box to create captions for the posts we make.
The next words would be impactful and interesting, because it has been really.

I’ll swap with the content writer, because I just like content writing. I feel like it’s a bit chill for me.
What’s one hidden talent you have that no one here knows about?
I like talking and I love broadcasting and I also like sports.

That would be garri and groundnut, I just can’t help it, they are my best food.

Who are you, and what do you do at Creaitz?
I’m Raphael Fabunmi, and I’m the content writer at Creaitz.
How long have you been part of the Creaitz family? (And do you remember your first day like it was yesterday or is it all a blur?)
I’ve been a part of this wonderful family for about 10 months now.
Of course I remember, how I sat up facing my laptop for about 5 hours, about to write my first blog at Creaitz, but couldn’t just find the words or ideas.
It was very serious that day😂
What’s the absolute best thing about working here? (Besides getting paid, of course!)
I kid you not, getting paid is cool, but you know what’s more cool, knowing that I’m indeed part of a team that is helping digital talents make their mark.
If you had to sum up your job in just three words, what would they be?
I make people READ
I make people INTERESTED

If you could swap jobs with anyone at Creaitz for a day, who would it be—and what’s the first thing you’d do? (World domination is not an option… or is it?)
That would be Godday, I’m not exactly as good as John Doe, but designing is just one of the things on my bucket list.
Of course, I’m not going to dominate the world, but I’ll make a simple design for myself.
What’s one hidden talent you have that no one here knows about?
I’m a poet and I’m very good at it.
I write stories as well.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Eba and Okro soup, with mackerel fish and meat.
Besides books, that’s one sure way to my heart.

My name is Godday Obakpolor, a Graphic Designer. At Creaitz, I utilize my skills in branding and digital design to create visuals that strengthen brand identity and user experience.
