Well, that’s exactly what the Creaitz has been helping to prevent—at least for those who were lucky enough to attend our recently concluded Social Media Management training.
A Recap of the Social Media Management Training
From January 27th to February 7th, the Creaitz community hosted an intensive Social Media Management Course, equipping members with the knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed on social media– for free!
The training covered everything as shown below (+ resources):
Day 1: Intro to Social Media: History, importance, major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest), key terminology (reach, impressions, engagement), common myths.
Day 2: Content Creation & Strategy: Branding (tone, visuals, consistency), customer profiles, content ideation (15+ sources), content types (images, videos, stories, reels, carousels), content calendar, copywriting (viral hooks, hashtags), AI content creation.
Day 3: Content Promotion: Organic (reshares, stories, communities) vs. paid (targeting, ad types, budget), collaborations, influencer marketing, monetization.
Day 4: Engagement & Community: Fostering engagement (likes, comments, shares), community management (responses, feedback), building connections, content curation, UGC, repurposing, platform-specific interactions, community building via freebies, interactive/spontaneous content.
Day 5: Analytics & Measurement: Analytics tools (native & third-party), KPIs, data-driven strategy refinement, post-employment (expectations, relationships, expressions).
Day 6: Account Setup & Branding: Profile optimization (bios, banners, links), branded templates (Canva), link-in-bio creation.
Day 7: Mentorship: Ghostwriting fundamentals (tone, style, persona, post structure), LinkedIn growth (algorithm, profile optimization, content types, engagement, networking), monetizing ghostwriting (packaging, pricing, client acquisition), tools & templates.
Day 8: Content Creation Workshop: Content calendar creation, platform-specific posts & CTAs.
Day 9: Selling Your Services: Portfolio building, job platforms.
But, as always, the Creaitz community didn’t stop at just teaching skills.
We also focused on something just as important: helping participants secure real job opportunities with their newfound expertise.
And guess what?
Even though the training ended just a few weeks ago, our participants are already putting their new skills to use, gaining confidence, and preparing for exciting job opportunities ahead.
